Brendon Le Lievre - ICF PCC and Coach Supervisor

Meet Brendon

Hi, I’m Brendon, and I’m passionate about supporting coaches in deepening their practice and navigating the complexities that arise in coaching and facilitation work. I believe in the power of reflection to enhance personal and professional growth, and my role as a coach supervisor is to provide a safe, thoughtful space for you to explore your challenges and successes.

I’ve had the privilege of working with many coaches, from those just starting out to seasoned professionals, and I’ve seen firsthand how valuable supervision can be in unlocking new insights, improving ethical competence, and gaining clarity on how to handle difficult coaching situations. My approach is grounded in a genuine desire to help you develop your practice, hone your skills, and gain the confidence to respond to challenges with greater ease.

I completed the Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy, which deepened my understanding of the supervision process and helped me develop a more nuanced approach to supporting other coaches. My own coaching journey has been shaped by working with my supervisor, and I saw the profound impact it had on my growth. This experience inspired me to pursue coaching supervision and to offer the same kind of support to others.

I am an ICF PCC credentialed coach and a member of the Australasian Community for Coaching Supervision (ACCS). Through the ACCS, I connect with other coaching supervision practitioners, stay up to date on industry developments, and contribute to the growth of our professional community.

When I’m not engaged in coaching or supervision, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing baseball, performing improvised theatre or watching AFL.

I’m also the author of The APS Recruitment Game and founder of Hare Consulting, where I work with leaders, teams and professionals across Australia and the world.
